This is the Death To The Pseudo Series where I will be sharing various illogical thinking and errors in reasoning a lot of misinformed, ignorant, and scientifically illiterate individuals use like faulty generalizations logical, fallacies, also confirmation, and cognitive bias. These Presentations are important to do because individuals are displaying a lot of faulty thinking that mislead and misinform a lot of people and these people are a danger to the black community, and a detriment to the minds of the would be future critical thinkers.
I originally got the Idea in the Fall of 2020 from good brotha Gullah Doizer aka Gullah Juice during a live stream on New Black Knowledge while we were combating African-Americans that were using misinformation, manipulated data, and just straight up lying about them being the original natives to the Americas and always being in America prior to the Native Americans. Gullah and I noticed a pattern that always happened with people pushing Pseudo-Archeology and Pseudo-Anthropology, their extreme use of flawed or illogical thinking. Gullah asked asked Truthstorian (Danny Colon) if he could do some presentations on this flawed thinking. I (Chani Kinsler) agreed with Gullah and said I would do something that might expose some behaviors that were extremely prevalent among anti-vaxxers as well. I decided to start with logical fallacies and work my way toward other common tactics, I also decided to present these on the Pseudo Killa’s YouTube channel. I did this because I felt the topics I would be bringing up in this series better fit what the Pseudo Killas are all about.
I am member of the Pseudo Killas team I was added to the group in the fall of 2019 by good brotha Bobby “Ankh” West who started it. This group is suppose to be about learning, teaching, promoting of critical thinking and scientific literacy. This group is suppose to be about following the scientific method, presenting creditable sources within context, correcting misinformation, and sharing factual information with the community to improve our people and make them more logically sound, accurate, and honest. I assume Ankh added me to the group because of my previous college experience, ability to discern pseudo-sciences, research abilities, critical thinking and comprehension while having attention to detail, and versatility in other technologies; as well as my fire and passion to combat misinformation, hunt for evidence for my claims, and my relentlessness in which I fight against those that would lie or mislead our people.
